FCC Construcción has completed more than 8,500 kilometers of road and highway works, across the four continents, applying various project finance models and a variety of contracts. The activities typically carried out include: design and planning; tunnel solutions and construction; bridges, viaducts and other structures; and rehabilitation and maintenance.

Having constructed more than 1650 bridges and viaducts across the global, FCC has built all types of beam, arch, suspension, cable stayed, cantilever, truss and tied-arch structures. FCC Construcción has been licensed by the Swiss BBR Network for use of post tensioning-systems which are commonly applied in bridge construction. 

To date, FCC has executed more than 44km of dykes, 32km of docks, 873 caissons built in port extensions. We have extensive experience in the construction of ports, including building the worlds’ largest floating dock in Monaco, the first immersed tunnel in Latin America, the construction of a 2438m vertical dyke for the Port of Açu in Brazil, and the expansion of the Port of El Callao in Peru. We are also supported by our fleet of floating docks.

FCC Industrial is a company with a long history that specialises in projects, services and industrial and energy facilities. FCC Industrial carries out EPC contracts in regasification plants, LNG storage, photovoltaic and solar thermal power plants, metallurgical plants and industrial plants in general. With 3,000 kilometers of gas and oil pipelines built, FCC provides our expertise in civil engineering works for petrochemical plants, gas pipelines and oil pipelines.

We also have capabilities in the engineering, supply of equipment and material, and the construction, installation, assembly, operation and maintenance; of electrical distribution and transmission networks and electromechanical installations.
