FCC’s quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.

FCC uses its globally-tested and certified IMS designed around the common data environment requirement (Project Documentation and Control System — PDCS). This provides a platform through which program requirements, performance and threats to delivery are effectively captured. The successful implementation of our IMS informed by well-structured and relevant data to provide the required level of information for a wide range of stakeholders.

Project controls

We understand that successful delivery requires integration of project control systems, with a rigorous and regular reporting and review process. We will use a number of tools, described below, to enable timely decision-making and real-time access to accurate and relevant data for all participants, providers and advisers. We are experienced in integrating client-preferred systems into our project controls suite to provide the full functionality required. Our core systems are equipped with a comprehensive set of software interfaces to enable secure and consistent integration with nominated or bespoke systems.

Collaborative work relations management

FCC Construcción is the first construction company to obtain the AENOR certificate in accordance with the ISO 44001 standard, which commits FCC to the implementation of the Collaborative Work Relations Management System. The ISO 44001 certification verifies FCC’s implementation of an efficient and intelligent management system of collaborative work relationships that controls the transfer of knowledge of the parties and the capacity to consolidate relationships with suppliers, customers and partners based on a win-win philosophy — optimising costs, creating value and strengthening our competitiveness to access international markets.
